This course has been designed to provide trainees with no understanding off why staff can make mistakes and the factors related to the individual tasks. the workplace and the organization itself that can effect performance at work
This course applies human factors principles to help trainees better understand why people make mistakes, why things go wrong, and the factors that could contribute to incidents and accidents. The trainees will learn how to practically apply human factors techniques to improve human and operational performance.
Mixcoindustry does not allow any product returns, unless:
- the wrong size is received by the customer, in which the wrong item will be replaced by the right item if it´s available in stock. A refund will be applied if the right item is not available in stock.
- the company agrees to replace an item that has been confirmed to be defective and fall under the company´s warranty policy
